You can make a booking by by emailing hello@thecroftershouse.com. Alternatively, please call +44 7812 029231. We require full payment for the reservation, by bank transfer, at the time of booking.

Cancellation policy

If you cancel your booking, you will be eligible for a 50% refund up until 1 week prior to arrival. For a 50% refund, cancellations must be made seven full days prior to check in time (4pm) on the day of check in, ie if you are due to arrive on Saturday, you are required to cancel by 4pm on Saturday of the previous week. If you cancel less than 7 days in advance, your booking fee will not be refunded. If you arrive and decide to leave early, the nights not spent will also not be refunded.

Important info

Check in is 4pm on the day of your arrival and check out is 10am on the day of your departure.

The house is not set up for children and our licence does not permit more than two guests.

Strictly no smoking or pets are allowed.

Electricity, linen, towels, and wi-fi are included in the rent.

Guests should take proper care of the property, furniture and fittings and leave the accommodation in the same clean and tidy condition as it was found upon arrival and to report any damage and breakages before departure.

We reserve the right to enter the accommodation at all reasonable times for the purpose of inspection or to carry out necessary repairs etc.

The accommodation to be used for holiday purposes only and to the persons named at the time of booking.

Strictly no photography (for commercial purposes) is allowed without prior permission.

The contract of let is between the hirer and Sarah Chesworth, the owner of the accommodation.
