You can make a booking by calling +44 7812 029231 and we can arrange your reservation over the phone. Alternatively, please email hello@thecroftershouse.com.

We require full payment for the reservation, by bank transfer, at the time of booking. We don’t accept credit cards.


Cancellation policy

If you cancel your booking, you will be eligible for a 50% refund up until 1 week prior to arrival.

For a 50% refund, cancellations must be made seven full days prior to check in time (4pm) on the day of check in ie if you are due to arrive on Saturday, you are required to cancel by 4pm on Saturday of the previous week.

If you cancel less than 7 days in advance, your booking fee will not be refunded. If you arrive and decide to leave early, the nights not spent will also not be refunded.

Important info

Check in is 4pm on the day of your arrival and check out is 10am on the day of your departure.

Sorry, no smoking or pets are allowed.

Electricity, linen, towels, and wi-fi are included in the rent.

Guests should take proper care of the property, furniture and fittings and leave the accommodation in the same clean and tidy condition as it was found upon arrival and to report any damage and breakages before departure.

We reserve the right to enter the accommodation at all reasonable times for the purpose of inspection or to carry out necessary repairs etc.

The accommodation to be used for holiday purposes only and to the persons named on the booking form.

Strictly no photography (for commercial purposes) is allowed without prior permission.

The contract of let is between the hirer and Sarah Chesworth, the owner of the accommodation.
